Our Owner
The company is led by owner Brendan Gerrain, whose career in construction began at the age of 16. From an early start in the field, Brendan developed a strong foundation by working directly on job sites and learning every phase of construction from the ground up.
Prior to starting Gerace Contracting, Brendan was a project manager and supervisor, overseeing large residential projects, large scale commercial builds, and complete home construction projects. Beyond supervision, he remained actively involved in the work itself, ensuring quality, efficiency, and attention to detail at every stage.
Through years of hands on experience, Brendan has built strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and associates. He is widely recognized for his honesty, reliability, and efficiency, as well as his ability to manage projects with clear communication.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of shell and structural construction services. Our services include foundations, footings, slabs, grade beams, columns, tie beams, retaining walls, and flatwork including driveways, sidewalks, and patios, as well as saw cutting and core drilling.
We also offer masonry services, including CMU block walls, both load bearing and non-load bearing systems, along with lintels and bond beams.
Our framing services include interior and exterior wood framing, roof trusses and sheathing, and complete floor systems.
In addition, we provide total and selective demolition services.
